These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.equityevals.com (“Site”), operated by Equity Evaluations Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
